Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile application operated by Invenxio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Rack-up or Daily Dragon (collectively, "the Apps"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the parent/guardian of a minor user) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Some features of our Apps require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at invenxio@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of our Apps may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective billing terms apply. We do not directly process payment information.
Rack-up is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only. The information and workout plans provided by the App are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Use of Rack-up is at your own risk.
Daily Dragon is a family task management app. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App.
All content within the Apps — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Invenxio LLC and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our Apps may integrate with third-party services such as Apple HealthKit and Google Play. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invenxio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Invenxio LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
